What is MiFiT Bootcamp?
MiFiT Bootcamp sessions are fun & friendly circuit-based sessions tailored to all abilities. Each session is different providing a combination of cardiovascular & strength training designed to torch fat and build muscle. Each session is varied and the aim of the game is -fun filled fitness in a friendly environment.

Do I need to be fit to do Bootcamp?
No. MiFiT Bootcamp sessions are challenging and will push you to your limits, however, everybody has different capabilities and we cater for all fitness levels and abilities. Everybody leaves with a feeling of accomplishment and achievement following 100% effort.

How many calories will I burn at Bootcamp?
This is not something MiFiT recommends focusing on, however, for reference, the number of calories burned are approximately 400-600 per session.

What do I wear to bootcamp?
Anything you feel comfortable wearing. Breathable sports clothes and suitable trainers are recommended to be comfortable and cool during bootcamp sessions.

How long are bootcamp sessions?
Sessions are 1 hour unless stated otherwise.

Where are bootcamp sessions held?
At present Bootcamp is held at ‘The Unit’ in Oldham.

How much is bootcamp?
Bootcamp pricing differs slightly depending on monthly membership or ‘Pay As You Go’ options. However, sessions are between £5- £6 per session.

Do I need to bring anything with me?
Yes, always bring water and an optional extra of a towel when things get hot!!

What is MiFiT Bootcamp cancellation policy?
A 24-hour cancellation policy applies for all Bootcamp classes. Cancellation 24hrs prior to the session will result in a full refund or credit to your account.

What if I can’t do any of the exercises?
At MiFiT, we adapt to meet you where you are at. There are hundreds of modifications which can be made to exercises in order to meet your ability and fitness level.
