What is The Simply Self System?
The Simply Self System is a 12-week Online Coaching Program which guides you to your goals with weekly check in’s, accountability zoom call’s, tailored workout programs, Nutritional guidance, Monthly recipes, educational delivery and the full support of your coach. I will guide you and keep you on track, as you progress each week towards your personal health & fitness goals.

Do I need a gym membership?
No, the physical program is tailored to you and your accessibility to equipment or a gym setting. You can work out from home or any environment you wish, however you may need a small selection of fitness equipment such as dumbbells/ kettlebell and some resistance bands to get the best results. However, if your goal is to build muscle, or gain substantial strength, then you would benefit from a gym membership with access to heavier weight lifting equipment.

Is The Simply Self System truly personalised?
Yes, following a comprehensive assessment, which looks at all areas of your lifestyle. A realistic plan is devised with your input. I will never include anything you would not enjoy. For example, many people think they need to go for a run to keep fit. I never run anywhere – EVER, because I don’t enjoy it. I will gain a picture of your likes and preferences and build a program according to your goal.

Will I receive a diet plan on the SMM?
You will receive detailed recipe packs, macronutrient and calories targets, a gradual introduction in to MyFitnessPal if you are unfamiliar with the software. If you are familiar with it, you can hit the ground running with detailed macronutrient and calories targets suited towards your goals.

How do we communicate during the SMM?
We communicate regularly via the Simply Flourish Health & Fitness Coaching app, using the messenger system, zoom and sometimes email. You complete a weekly ‘check-in’ form as well as weekly zoom coaching calls. These are crucial to your success and allow us both to review any changes which need to be required for your success.

What is the response time to queries?
As soon as possible. I operate a policy of returning all queries within 24 hours, however, I aim to respond as soon as possible within ‘working hours.

How do you track my progress?
Tracking is carried out using a few different formats including; progress Photos’, scale weight, body measurements, how you are feeling mentally and how your clothes look & feel.

How do I know what exercises to do?
At Simply Flourish Health & Fitness, we will devise your plan and deliver it to the Simply Flourish Health & Fitness Coaching app. Each exercise has written and video instructions to demonstrate the correct technique. There is an extensive video library database with a broad range of exercises ranging from beginner to advanced.

How do I access the workouts & diet plan?
All Coaching materials including workout plans, body composition tracking, recipe packs, educational information are delivered to the Simply Flourish Health & Fitness Coaching app.

Do I need a computer to access The Symply Self System?
Not necessarily, you can access the Simply Flourish Health & Fitness Coaching app from a desktop computer, any android or apple device.

How often do I exercise each week?
In an ideal world, 2-3 times per week would be a good balance for fat loss and body recomposition (building muscle whilst losing fat). However, at Simply Flourish Health & Fitness we recommend the number of sessions you can realistically start with. If that’s 1-2, then that is a great start.
